2月18日，北京大学电子学院、鹏城实验室、上海科技大学、国家信息光电子创新中心等研究团队在《自然》（Nature）发表论文《集成光子学赋能超宽带光纤-无线通信》（Integrated photonics enabling ultra-wideband fibre–wireless communication），报告他们采用集成光学方案，实现了250GHz以上超大带宽的光电/电光转换器件，薄膜铌酸锂调制器（TFLNMZM）和磷化铟探测器（InP UTC-PD）带宽均创纪录；同时，基于上述器件实现了“光纤-无线一体化融合”系统演示，光纤通信实现破纪录的单通道256Gbaud（512Gbps）信号传输，太赫兹无线通信实现破纪录的单通道400Gbps信号传输，并完成了86路8K高清实时视频的无线传输演示。
