第二百二十二条 责任人要求依照本法规定限制赔偿责任的，可以在有管辖权的法院设立责任限制基金。基金数额分别为本法第二百一十九条、第二百二十条规定的限额，加上自事故发生之日起至基金设立之日止的相应利息。
